In recent months, Amazon changed its rules regarding Buyer-Seller messaging – making it much more limited. Basically, Amazon wants to move away from shoppers receiving a bunch of follow-up emails from sellers.

It has been standard practice for years to send your customers a 3-email drip asking for a review while sharing some brand personality to try to make them a raving fan of your brand.

Amazon no longer allows these types of follow-up emails. BUT, their new system however is something that I think is even better! It’s called the Request Review button.

According to Jungle Scout, “94.7% of listings saw an increase in reviews using this feature.”

This is a button that appears next to each Order ID inside of Seller Central – clicking it sends out Amazon’s standard template review request to customers. The only thing is, no seller wants to spend time clicking on each Order ID individually and click the button…

The Request Review button lives here. Jungle Scout automates clicking it.

Luckily, Jungle Scout has come up with a tool that automates this! They call it Review Automation – all you have to do is click the ON button, that’s it! Their bot will magically go in and click the Request Review button for EVERY order on a daily basis. Simple as that and we do here for our clients at Amazingmarketingco Amazon Agency

Simply go into Jungle Scout > Marketing > Review Automation > Turn On.

The below video walks through how to set this up. As of writing this, it’s the only tool I’ve heard of that can automate this process!

Takeaways:

If you don’t already subscribe to Jungle Scout, it’s #1 all-around Amazon seller dashboard (I’ve been using it for 5+ years and I think their Keyword Research tool is the best around).

It’s just $59 a month and you can get a 30% discount by using this link (even if you already use another dashboard, just the review automation tool alone is worth the price).
