* About the 3% growth commission – incentivized to GROW your brand as big as possible! While other agencies charge 3-7% of total sales or PPC spend, we only charge a commission on sales growth. This means there’s no commission if we don’t grow your sales!
The 3% of revenue growth commission = monthly revenue – ‘starting monthly revenue’.
‘Starting monthly revenue’ = your average revenue from the past 3 calendar months.
Example: you hire us on January 1st and your average total Amazon revenue from the previous 3 months was $40,000 per month (for the products we’re managing) – this is the starting revenue. In January, we grow sales to $60,000. So the 3% growth commission for January would be 3% of the $20k of growth which is $600. If in March, total sales are $100,000, then the growth commission for March would be 3% of the $60k in growth which is $1,800. Growth commissions are paid the 1st week of the month for the previous month, alongside the base retainer.
Term agreement: minimum 3 months. We’ve found that it typically takes 3-6 months to get traction going on Amazon with new marketing campaigns (the A9 ranking algorithm is based on 180-day sales history), so anything less than 3 months would not be sufficient. Every quarter, the client has the option to continue for another 3 months, or cancel with 30-days notice.

Case Study: Launch & PPC Management
Situation: The client created a comfy face mask and wanted to quickly bring it to the mass market via Amazon. Even though they were quite familiar with how Amazon works, they wanted to be sure to give their product the BEST possible chance at success – especially in such high competition and high volume market! So they decided that investing in a team of Amazon marketing pros was the way to go. (great choice;)
Goals: get noticed in a flood of competition.
Challenges: High competition, but tremendous potential if we can rank on page 1
Results: We took over PPC campaigns at the beginning of September shortly after going live on Amazon in August. After a month of testing, sales began to climb, with ACoS under control. Then, strong page rankings began to take hold… and, boom!
With a great product (getting good reviews) and a good conversion rate, page 1 positions held steady and catapulted sales to the next level. From there, it was a snowball effect! By the end of year, we hit the HUGE milestone of $1M in sales!
Quarter 1 Update: it wasn’t just a Q4 thing... Q1 is doing even better! Over $500,000 in January alone! And over $600,000 in February.

The first part of a solid listing is copywriting & SEO – it starts with PROPER deep-dive research. We will professionally write your Amazon listing (Title, Bullets, Description & Backend). Case Study: Gallery Images & A+ Content Corey, the owner of Socket Blocker, had some gallery images up that he did himself. They were OK, but we knew we could do better. We completely re-did the gallery images and A+ content, leading to a big boost in CVR. Results: Our makeover of the gallery images & A+ content resulted in:

3. Product Launch
Launching a new product on Amazon? Great! Let's handle that! We handle getting your initial batch of reviews, and drive traffic to your listing so it boosts up in the rankings for your target keywords. Here's the general launch process (of course, make sure your listing is optimized first!).
Here is our general 3-step launch process, with FB/IG ads being a powerful optional 4th step.
Step 1: Get Reviews
The FIRST and most important step is getting your first 10+ reviews ASAP. This is because most shoppers do not buy products with 0 or 1 reviews. But how do you get reviews without any sales in the first place? To combat this predicament, savvy Amazon sellers utilize free-after-rebate giveaways to get their first batch of reviews.
The company we associate with for this service is FBAreviews.com. They will handle running a giveaway promotion that will result in 10+ verified reviews within 2-4 weeks.
How it works:
- A large network of REAL people in the USA is asked if they'd be interested in trying your products.
- If they say yes, they reeive funds to purchase the item on Amazon using a unique URL with your targeted keywords. This helps with ranking.
- They order the product for full-price and provide their order confirmation #.
- They test the product and share their honest comments to FBA Reviews, which are forwarded to the seller.
- Leaving an Amazon review is technically not required, but about 90% of people do.
What makes FBA Reviews different: This is key. Their testers can only use their platform a maximum of 5 times. This greatly reduces the type of shopper that leaves too many reviews, thus get their reviews wiped.
Is this within Amazon's TOS? Yep, Amazon reviews are not required, only encouraged. I do this for my own products. See FBAreviews.com for more details and FAQ.
Management Fee: $25 per giveaway (plus the product cost) paid to them.
Our System: 30 reviews the first month, then 10 reviews per month after that.

Step 2: Rebates for Ranking Boost
The easiest and most effective way to drive extra sales to your Amazon, thus boosting ranking, is to list your product on rebate sites. The site we use is Rebaid.com. It is easy to set up, and they only charge a small $3 fee per giveaway.
Our Powerful Ranking System: start with 5 giveaways per day week 1, then ramp up each week. A good starting point for a small niche keyword is 150 giveaways the first month (avg. 5 per day), and 500+ for a competitive keyword (avg. 15 per day) and then increase from there until the desired ranking position is achieved.
The A9 algorithm loves a flood of sales during this 'Honeymoon Period' – the first few months that a product arrives on Amazon – so this is a very powerful ranking tool that lands many new products on Page 1. Our market analysis strategy will determine how many giveaways to do. The more competitive the keyword, the more you need to give away to rank on Page 1
Giveaway Fee: $3 per giveaway (plus the product cost). Paid via Rebaid.com. The number of giveaways you should do depends on the product competition: the more competitive the niche, the higher daily sales velocity you need to rank on page 1.
Is this within Amazon's TOS? Yep, there are dozens of deal sites out there like this, and Amazon sellers have been utilizing them for years. It's OK as long as reviews are not required or incentivized. I do this for my own products.
Step 3: PPC Blast
We activate Amazon PPC Ads after 2 reviews are live, and run it simultaneously with the outside traffic coming in. We will place your products in Sponsored Placement locations for your target keywords. This is known as the tandem-blast ranking method, and it is very effective.
- Campaigns are heavily focused on our 1-3 target keyword that we are pushing to rank for.
- Typically we have a number of Manual Campaigns, along with 1 Automatic Campaign.
- What is a typical PPC adspend? It depends on the keyword competition, but in general we like to start testing at $100 a day.

5. Facebook & Instagram Ads for Ranking Boost
Many savvy Amazon sellers are doing this now – including your competitors! The method involves running Facebook & Instagram ads to promote your Amazon listing.
Amazon's new A9 ranking algorithm LOVES outside traffic, so if you show Amazon that you are aquiring new customers, they will reward you by booting your product up in the page rankings! Many brands are having big success with this!
How it works:
- Step 1: We run Facebook & Instagram Ads promoting your 'launch special' deal
- It will target people who are interested in your product or niche.
- The ad will be a video, image, carousel, or slideshow
- The ad will be promoting a big discount. The higher the discount, the more orders you will get. 50-100% off is recommended (this is what your competitors are doing!)
- Step 2: Facebook Messenger (ManyChat) Landing Page
- Once people click on the ad, they are taken to Facebook Messenger, and the custom flow handles the rest!
- They will be able to see images of the product
- To continue to your Amazon listing, they will click a 'Buy Now' button – this is to prove that they are serious buyers, which keeps the conversion rate high on your listing, leading to a ranking boost.

- Confirm their Amazon order #
- And confirm the order is not canceled after 3 days
- Follow up with them in 7 days to see how things are going
