“Zero to $1,000,000 in 4 months!”
Case Study: Launch & PPC Management
Situation: The client created a comfy face mask and wanted to quickly bring it to the mass market via Amazon. Even though they were quite familiar with how Amazon works, they wanted to be sure to give their product the BEST possible chance at success – especially in such high competition and high volume market! So they decided that investing in a team of Amazon marketing Pro’s was the way to go. (great choice;)
Goals: get noticed in a flood of competition.
Challenges:
– High competition, but tremendous potential if we can rank on page 1
Results: We took over PPC campaigns at the beginning of September shortly after going live on Amazon in August. After a month of testing, sales began to climb, with ACoS under control. Then, strong page rankings began to take hold… and, boom!
With a great product (getting good reviews) and a good conversion rate, page 1 positions held steady and catapulted sales to the next level. From there, it was a snowball effect! By the end of year, we hit the HUGE milestone of $1M in sales!
Sponsored Placement sales were a huge contributor, accounting for 50% of sales. This is a good ratio for launch season.
Quarter 1 Update:
And it wasn’t just a Q4 thing... Q1 is doing even better! Over $500,000 in January alone! And over $600,000 in February!
In summary, this is a great case study that demonstrates the IMMENSE UPSIDE POTENTIAL of ranking on page 1 for big keywords!

“Sales up 20%, ACOS down 15%!”
Case Study: PPC Management Situation: The client had an invention that he launched on Amazon, and it became a best seller with over 1000+ reviews. He was running Amazon Ads himself, but it became a hassle and a worry to check in on it every day with his busy life. Also, he wasn’t sure if he was doing everything that needed to be done. He was afraid that by doing it himself he could be wasting $1,000’s per month in adspend. So he decided to outsource to an expert. Goals: Get adspend and ACoS under control, while maintaining or growing sales. Results: We took over PPC campaigns at the beginning of October. Case Study: Small company outsourcing Amazon Advertising Situation: The guys at Innovet were selling well on Amazon, but their in-house team didn’t have the time to really give Amazon ads the time it deserves, so they wanted to try hiring an expert to take over PPC and see if they can grow sales. Goals: Their goal was to increase sales and gain new customers. They weren’t so concerned with a high ACoS because they know their LTV is high. So, we kept our target ACoS high and optimized ads. Result: Within a short amount of time, sales started to climb! They are collecting more new customers than ever, with PPC sales velocity nearly doubling. Their in-house marketing team is very happy with the result and is now saving lots of time and energy too! We completely re-did the gallery images and A+ content, leading to a big boost in CVR Results: Our makeover of the gallery images & A+ content resulted in:- +6% increase in CVR

Goals: the owner knew his ACOS was good at 20%, but he wanted to hire an expert to see if they could grow sales while maintaining this ACOS.

The screenshot above shows that for the 12 months before hiring us, ROAS was on average 2.5, and sales were on average $5,000 per month. After hiring us, sales hit $25,000 after 4 months, and skyrocketed to $82,000 after month 6!
