What's included in your service?
- The Growth plan handles all Amazon marketing activities. Not just PPC. We do our best to increase your sales as if the brand is our own.
- The A-to-Z plan completely handles your Amazon sales channel. It adds on Seller Central manager to handle all the backend work: opening & managing support cases, fixing errors, catalog cleanup, shipping plans, staying on top of inventory, monitoring account health, Brand Registry issues, etc.
What does communication & reporting look like?
- Slack! - You wll communicate frequently with your Senior Account Manager in Slack.
- Weekly Strategy Calls - You will also have a call with him weekly.
- Weekly & Monthly KPI reports - sent in Slack.

What is your pricing structure?
Hybrid. We charge a monthly management fee + % revshare, depending on account size. Management fee typically ranges from $1500-$7500/mo. Creative work is a-la-carte as needed.
How does creative pricing work?
Creative work is paid per project as needed via our creative team, AmazingCreative. Having a 10/10 optimized PDP is super important on Amazon – so make sure it's done by a pro. I've found that when other Amazon agencies offer "unlimited design", it's usually very average stuff. Going "cheap" on creative is always more expensive in the long-run. That's why per-project pricing for creative is the best way to go. Whether it's through us or not, I recommend investing as much as you can into your conversion rate – it's a no-brainer ROI.
What is the Term Agreement?
While our goal is multi-year partnerships, plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime. You can switch to a yearly agreement at a discount.
What's included in the setup fee?
The first month is often 2-3x the workload of a normal month, so the setup fee covers all of the one-time heavy lifting associated with the first month – frontend audit, backend audit, deep-dive keyword research, deep-dive competitor research, backend setup work, SEO optimization, catalog organization, fixing issues, etc. so that's why.
What kind of results can I expect?
Many clients have seen 2-10x increase in sales. It depends on many factors, including your reviews, advertising budget, conversion rate, and inventory levels. If your product is unique and gets good reviews, you will get good results. We will make sure your product is getting the most eyeballs as possible with your budget.
How long does it take to see results?
While many clients have seen results within a few months, the Amazon ranking algorithm works on a 180-day window, so SEO and PPC campaigns typically require 3-6 months to see significant results.
Will I be handed off to a lower level employee?
Nope. Your main point of contact is your Senior Account Manager.
What tools do you use?
We use Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and MerchantSpring. So if you currently subscribe to these or similar tools, you will no longer need to if you don't want to.

If I'm a pre-launch startup, when is the right time to engage your services?
The A-to-Z plan includes Seller Central account & lisitng setup. We typically start managment when inventory is ready to send to FBA. If you need creative services, get that started ASAP so you can have your listing optimized as soon as you're in-stock in FBA.
